REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
For The Stylist does not accept returns or refunds. Exchanges can be made on any unused and unopened items. In the event that an exchange is needed, the item must be shipped back in its original unopened packaging, and a refund will be issued to the customer in the form of a credit to the customers online account. Credit will be in the original payment amount minus the shipping charge.
Customer is financially responsible for any and all shipping charges when facilitating the return of the item to be exchanged.
SHIPPING
For The Stylist is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If there are any discrepancies once the tracking number status states DELIVERED the customer must contact the carrier for further information.
For all orders within the continental US, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping/delivery. Shipping times will be extended during promotional periods. At this time we ship to the US only.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest providing a phone number where you can be reached.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
DAMAGED GOODS
Please report any damage to your products within one week of delivery. If possible, please send photos to ForTheStylist@gmail.com of the damage to help us better understand the situation. Although we cannot control shipping once it has left our hands, we will always do our best to make it right for our Stylists.
WEBSITE AND MARKETING ERROR
Modern Foil reserves the right to cancel or deny orders due to website mistakes such as, miscalculations, or glitches.
